Privacy Policy
This policy explains, in plain language, what happens to your information when you use refrigeratorrepairburleson.com or call (817) 803-8995. The short version: we collect what we need to match you with a local pro, we pass it to that pro, and we never sell your personal information.
What we collect
When you call, we note the details the match needs: your name, phone number, ZIP code, the appliance brand, and the problem you describe. When you email, we receive whatever you include in the message.
The website itself is a static site. It sets no advertising trackers and builds no visitor profiles. Basic server logs (pages visited, time, general location) are kept by the hosting provider for security and are not used to identify you.
How calls are handled
Calls to (817) 803-8995 are routed through a call network so your job can reach an available independent pro. Calls may be recorded for quality and training, as is standard with call networks — if that matters to you, say so at the start of the call.
The details you give are shared with the independent pro matched to your job, because they cannot quote or attend without them. The pro is a separate business and handles your information under their own practices once the job is theirs.
What we never do
- We never sell your personal information
- We never share your details with marketers or unrelated businesses
- We never sign you up for anything because you called about a fridge
If a matched pro contacts you about the job you requested, that is the service working as described — not a marketing list.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete the contact details we hold about you at any time. Email info@refrigeratorrepairburleson.com or call (817) 803-8995 and ask — we will remove your name and number from our records and confirm when it is done.
You can also simply decline at any point: declining a pro's written quote ends the process, and no further contact follows about that job.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. The policy in force when you called is the one that applies to your information.
